Payment and Returns

We have chosen WorldPay  and PayPal to manage the processing of payments, WorldPay’s e-commerce solutions are simple to use and are secure.  All payments are sterling.

With WorldPay and PayPal you are provided with a variety of options for payment such as Visa, MasterCard, major credit and debit cards.  If your payment is refused, please contact your card provider.

For all refunds please contact us using the contact form, quoting order number, full name, contact number and reason for requesting a refund.  You must notify us of receipt of damaged goods within 12 hours of signing of courier receipt.  All other returns must be made within 3 days of signing the courier receipt. If goods returned are faulty under the Sale of Goods Act 1979 a refund will be automatic, a cancellation and return of goods will be refunded within 30 days.

Signature on the courier receipt must be clear and readable, if it is not readable this may affect the return of your payment.

We endeavour to deal with returns promptly and fairly, all refunds will be paid to the card used to purchase products.  We do not accept non-delivery within 24 hours as a reason for a return as we cannot guarantee operational issues and delivery issues.  Our next day delivery is an aim.
